DnDn is a private VOIP communication tool. Our core principle is Zero-Knowledge; we do not track or manage your personal data or call content. We provide the technical platform for peer-to-peer connection without central storage of sensitive data.

• Technical Data: We store the PublicId and Firebase Token solely to facilitate call routing and push notifications. • No Profile Storage: Profile pictures and display names are not stored on our servers; they are exchanged temporarily between peers during active calls and deleted immediately after. • Media Access: Microphone is used strictly for active calls; Camera is used only for scanning QR codes to add contacts or restore identities. • Device Security: We use technical device identifiers to generate a secure ClientSecret for your PublicId, ensuring hardware-bound authentication. • Contacts: DnDn maintains its own internal contact list and does not access or sync with your phone’s global contact book.

• Data Deletion: Users can permanently delete their PublicId and all associated technical data at any time via the in-app settings or our dedicated data deletion web portal. • Ephemeral Processing: Call-related metadata (such as UIDs and temporary profiles) are processed momentarily and auto-deleted once the session ends.

• Manual Backups Only: Users are responsible for backing up their identities and contacts locally. There is no automatic cloud backup. • Data Loss: We cannot recover lost accounts or contacts if the app is uninstalled without a prior manual backup. • Full Control: Users can block callers or generate new identities. We are not liable for any misuse of the platform.
